Return Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or assembled
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. teethers, bath toys)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Our team will confirm your return eligibility
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. We'll arrange pickup or provide drop-off instructions

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed immediately after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary -please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will:

  • Arrange collection of the damaged item at no cost to you
  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • Cover all return shipping costs
