Toyland is Nigeria’s premier online toy store, offering high-quality toys and educational products for children of all ages.

By using our website, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment

Deposits and Cancellations
Where a deposit payment option is offered:
- The deposit is credited toward the total amount due for the order and helps cover logistics costs, including order processing, dispatch, and attempted delivery.
- If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been physically handed to a delivery provider, the deposit will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
- An order is considered shipped only when it has been physically handed to a delivery provider. Creating a shipping label does not count as shipment. We may provide timestamped tracking information, a carrier receipt, or another verifiable dispatch record as evidence of shipment.
- If cancellation is requested after shipment, or delivery fails for reasons within the customer’s control, Toyland may deduct reasonable logistics costs already incurred, up to the deposit amount. Examples include an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer or recipient being unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, refusal to accept the correct order without a valid reason, or failure to respond to reasonable delivery communications. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded within 5 business days.
- No deduction applies where Toyland or its delivery provider caused the failure, the wrong item was supplied, the item was damaged or defective, or applicable law requires a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery available only within Lagos currently
Delivery Times
- Lagos: Next day delivery for orders received before 5PM
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
- 2 day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Some restrictions apply to hygiene-sensitive products
Refund Process
- Refunds processed immediately
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Return shipping costs may apply
Damaged Items
- Report damaged items immediately upon delivery
- We’ll arrange collection and replacement at no cost
